Black Imperial Osetra Caviar (1 oz)

Israeli osetra caviar. Or as caviar aficionados like to call it: “really f**king rare caviar.” It’s only harvested two times a year—right now being one of them. And right now you’ve got an exclusive Perks-only connection to the stuff. Tiny spoons not included.

Wedding rehearsals. Black-tie Columbus Day parties. Tuesdays around 2:30pm.

None of these is an occasion for lesser caviar. So naturally, we’ve secured you a Perk on the finest...

  • You’re getting a one-ounce jar of unfathomably fresh Israeli-farmed black osetra caviar—some of the rarest caviar on the planet.
  • About this caviar: large, glossy black eggs with an abundantly rich, nutty, oceanic taste—pretty much what you’d find at a czar’s imperial ball.
  • This is not your typical caviar. It’s the most top-shelf caviar available in the US, and Regalis regularly runs out of supplies for their Michelin-starred clients (such as Tom Colicchio and Atera’s Matthew Lightner).
  • It’s also fresher than other caviar. Because it’s shipped with only pure sturgeon eggs and salt—unlike others that include borax, which isn’t approved by the FDA and can taint the flavor. (And we know how you hate that.)
